Ohio TechCred offers employers up to $2,000 in reimbursements per employee, per credential, up to $30,000 per employer per funding round.

Signing up for the Ohio TechCred Program

Follow these steps:
  1. Identify the skills gaps in your business and the employees you'd like to up-skill

  2. Select the StonePath Business Solutions certificate or course that meets your employee’s needs

  3. Apply online to Ohio TechCred

  4. Enroll your employee in StonePath Business Solutions program

  5. Upload proof of credential completion to Ohio Department of Development

  6. Receive reimbursement

The following information will be required for all TechCred reimbursement requests:

  • A copy of the credential earned (certificate or certification).

  • An itemized invoice which clearly identifies the cost of the credential.

  • Proof of payment which may include either a cleared check, a credit card statement, or a bank statement. The document must identify the training provider, the amount paid, and the date paid and must clearly show that the payor is the TechCred Grantee.

  • A copy of the TechCred Employment Verification form for each employee included in the request.
